The CREATE UNIQUE INDEX must not be applied to nullable columns or parts of the composite primary key.

description

The heuristics used to determine whether to issue the "CREATE UNIQUE INDEX" or simply the "CREATE INDEX" statement fails when the indexed column is either a nullable column or a part of the composite primary key.

Fixed the case for the when a primary single key is a nullable column. however the compose case can;t be handled as its a design difference betwewen SQlite and MSSQL. This is documented in the known issues section now.
thanks
